Loma Linda’s vegan tuna is purportedly cholesterol-free and contains 8-20% less sodium than conventional tuna.
Originally founded in 1890 to serve the vegetarian Seventh Day Adventist community, Loma Linda also produces canned tuna and appetizers like a chipotle bowl with black beans, according to the article.
